We usually ship your items the same day of your order:

Our shipping is inexpensive at around $3.50 for smaller orders and still low cost for large orders. Also, we don't add tax.
You can get a Refund or Exchange:
We want you to enjoy what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of products in their original condition. We will re-process the order quickly and exchange it with similar priced items that you describe to us in writing or over the phone. We can also give a full refund upon our receipt of the item.
How You Ship The Item Back To Us:
You do not need to Email us, all that you need to do is to follow the instruction below.
We will grant you a full refund (minus shipping & handling) for returns received within 30 days of arrival of your package, or an even exchange for equally priced merchandise.

Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or store receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail (USPS Media Mail is least expensive for media like books and CDs) to the address provided to you in the contact page. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid plus shipping. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
What if I lost my receipt?
If you do not have your original receipt, you may exchange merchandise only. We will issue a merchandise exchange for the current selling price minus shipping & handling fees.
Things to keep in mind...
Please note that partial and full returns are exchanged and the refund will be placed on the customer's account. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your account and you will be informed by email or phone once we do so.

We reserve the right to refuse a return for a package not properly sealed.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is crumpled, severely dented or scratched, or otherwise damaged that wasn't when it was originally shipped.
We are not responsible for USPS leaving packages outside your home. The deliverer may choose to leave your package at your door. Items are not insured unless you do so yourself. Therefore, we do not refund/or send a replacement for items left at your door or lost. Please contact your post office.
