Two Ways to Partner with the BCC Care Network

Care Partner

For Individuals & Churches — FREE
A Care Partner is a pastor, elder, deacon, or trained lay care leader who walks alongside an individual receiving counseling at BCC—ensuring that care is connected to the life of the church, not isolated.
What's Included:
  • Referral partnership with BCC counseling centers
  • Access to BCC Care resources, articles, tools, and selected training materials
  • Invitations to Care Network online trainings, webinars, and care events
  • A limited courtesy discount code (one-time use) for an individual with an urgent need
  • A brief online orientation plus practical guidance for walking with people well

Network Partner

Churches, Organizations, & Businesses — $$
Network Partners take an additional step in shared care through ongoing mission support—reflecting a commitment to making Christ-centered counseling accessible, sustainable, and well-supported.
What's Included:
  • Designated BCC counselor & direct access to BCC leadership
  • Discounted counseling rate: $75/session (standard $90)
  • Priority scheduling — goal of same-week appointments
  • Eligibility for the Shared Care Program & flexible cost-sharing models
  • Discounts on care training, workshops, and certificate programs

Network Partner Pricing

Monthly Support

Monthly support helps cover the administration of the church partnership and ensures updated care resources are available. Organizations and businesses may participate at comparable or custom levels.
Church Size Attendance Monthly
Small Church Under 150 $25/month
Medium Church 150-500 $75/month
Large Church 500-2000 $150/month
Network Partners may discontinue at any time. A 30-day notice is requested to ensure continuity of care for anyone currently in counseling.

Shared Care Model

Network Partners may participate in a shared-care counseling model, allowing churches to contribute toward counseling costs alongside their members.

EXAMPLE ARRANGEMENT:
Some churches choose a shared-care payment such as $45 from the counselee and $30 contributed by the church, reducing financial barriers while reinforcing communal responsibility. Churches may offer this to all members or handle it case by case.

COUNSELING RATE COMPARISON:
Standard rate: $90/session
Network Partner rate: $75/session
Churches are not paying twice—they are sharing responsibility for care.

Fill out the short sign-up form for your partnership type—Care Partner or Network Partner.

Connect with BCC

A member of our team will reach out to learn more about your church and how we can best serve you.

Complete Orientation

Care Partners complete a brief online orientation. Network Partners finalize their partnership and support level.
